Please read all policies carefully before booking.
Deposit Policy
•All appointments require a non-refundable $30 deposit at the time of booking.
•The deposit is applied toward your service total and secures your appointment time.
•If a member of our team cancels your appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full.
•Deposits are required for every appointment.
Respect & Conduct Policy
•We are committed to providing a professional, respectful environment for both our clients and our team.
•Any disrespectful, aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior toward our staff at any point before, during, or at the start of a service will not be tolerated.
•If such behavior occurs:
•We reserve the right to immediately decline or discontinue the service
•The appointment will be canceled at our discretion
•The deposit will be refunded
•The client will be kindly asked to leave the premises
•This policy exists to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
•Our team members are service providers, but they are also people, and mutual respect is always required.
No-Show / No-Call Policy
•A No-Show / No-Call is defined as:
•Failure to arrive for your appointment without attempting to come
•Failure to contact us
•Forgetting the appointment entirely
•In these cases:
•The $30 deposit is forfeited
•An additional $20 No-Show / No-Call fee is required
•Total penalty: $50
•Clients have 24 hours after the missed appointment to pay the $20 fee if the client wish to book with us again.
•Failure to pay within the 24-hour timeframe will result in being blocked from booking at any location.
•Clients are not required to pay the fee if they choose not to rebook with us.
Guest Policy
•No additional guests are permitted at appointments. Exceptions are only allowed with prior approval and must be confirmed directly with us before the appointment.
Studio Access
•Clients may only enter the studio at their scheduled appointment time.
•Early entry is not permitted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
•Clients may cancel or reschedule once per booking month, provided notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
•Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. Same-day changes are not permitted.
Late Arrival Policy
•Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time will result in automatic cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and no exceptions will be made. This policy is strictly enforced to avoid delays for other clients and specialists.
Payment Policy
•The remaining balance is due in full at the time of your appointment.
•Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, and Apple Cash.
•PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted with an additional processing fee to cover third-party payment charges.
Not Accepted
•Cash App and checks are not accepted.
•Payment plans and post-service payments are not accepted.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
