Frequently asked questions
PRICING, LOCATION & BOOKINGS
Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking an appointment to ensure a better experience and availability.
We also accept walk-ins, which are handled in order of arrival.
👉 If there are clients with appointments, walk-ins will need to wait their turn.
How long do services take?
The duration depends on the combination of services you choose:
- From 1 hour to 1.5 hours: combined pedicure (soles + toenails)
- Up to 2.5 hours: full pedicure + nail services (hands and feet)
Each service is adjusted to your needs and goals.
What payment methods do you accept? Is there parking?
We accept:
- Cash
- Bank transfers
The plaza has parking available for all visitors.
APPOINTMENTS, TIMING & POLICIES
What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
We have a 20-minute grace period.
After that time, your appointment is considered a walk-in, which means you'll need to wait for availability according to the day's order.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are not a problem as long as they are made with consideration.
- We recommend canceling 24 hours in advance
- We accept cancellations up to 2 hours before the appointment
If we message you to confirm and you need to cancel, just let us know.
⚠️ In case of no-call / no-show (not notifying or not showing up) more than three times, your ability to book future appointments will be reviewed.
How often should I get a pedicure?
We recommend getting a pedicure every three weeks to one month.
This interval is ideal because toenails grow more slowly and it helps maintain results on both the skin and the nails without overdoing the treatment.
Also, if you wear a toenail system or combine services (such as dry pedicure or the renewing mask), this timing is best to:
- Provide proper maintenance
- Evaluate the progress of the foot
- Adjust the service based on your progress and needs
That way, each visit becomes personalized follow-up, helping you keep your feet healthy and aesthetically cared for.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
Are results immediate or progressive?
You'll see immediate improvements, since many issues are addressed from the first session.
However, long-term results are progressive and depend on at-home care and your lifestyle.
Our services help you move forward, but maintenance is key.
How many sessions do I need to see improvement?
We recommend 2 to 3 sessions to evaluate how your skin responds and determine the best plan for you.
Everyone is different, so progress is assessed individually.
Does everyone qualify for all services?
In general, yes.
However, people with psoriasis or eczema often benefit more from regular pedicures combined with proper at-home aftercare, rather than intensive treatments.
Our team will guide you based on your case.
What happens if I don't follow the at-home recommendations?
If you don't follow the aftercare, you won't see long-term progress.
Over time, you're likely to return to the same starting point.
Our services help you move forward, but real change happens when something in your lifestyle changes too.
Do you sell products for at-home maintenance?
Yes. We have at-home care products available in certain regions.
Our team will tell you which ones are most suitable for you.
What do you recommend for at-home care?
At-home care depends on what you're treating specifically, since not all feet have the same needs.
If you struggle with dryness, it's important to start from the inside out:
- Make sure you stay properly hydrated and that the water you drink is actually hydrating you.
- Review the creams you use on your feet.
- If you already use one, it may need to be changed.
- If you use none, it's important to start a daily moisturizing routine, ideally in the morning and at night.
If you have fissures or calluses, we have specific creams we can recommend based on your condition to help improve and reduce these areas progressively.
During your visits, our technicians also take care of:
- Explaining how these conditions form
- Guiding you on habits or adjustments to make
- Recommending which products to use
- Clarifying realistic expectations after the treatments or services
At-home care is a fundamental part of the process and works hand-in-hand with the services you receive in the studio to achieve better long-term results.
SERVICES & TREATMENTS
What is the renewing foot mask?
The renewing foot mask is a treatment focused on addressing real foot concerns, beyond the aesthetic.
Although the service includes elements designed to provide a spa-like pedicure experience, its main purpose is to act as a treatment system that works progressively on the most common foot conditions.
This treatment is primarily aimed at:
- Dryness
- Fissures
- Calluses
Through sessions and by following at-home care recommendations, the mask helps improve foot texture and keep softness longer, allowing the client to notice gradual and sustained changes depending on their case.
The renewing mask is not a generic service; it is used as part of a personalized care plan, depending on the condition of the feet and the results you want to achieve.
Can I get systems on my toenails?
Yes. You can combine systems on toenails and fingernails if you want to maintain the same style.
If you have conditions such as onycholysis, onychomycosis, or another nail condition, our technicians are trained to:
- Guide you to the right service
- Indicate at-home care
- Adjust the treatment responsibly
Can I receive these services during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes. Our services are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
It is important to let us know in advance if you are pregnant or nursing so we can make the necessary accommodations before your appointment and ensure your comfort during the service.
Are the procedures safe for people with diabetes and other conditions?
Yes. Our procedures are safe for people with diabetes and for clients with other skin conditions.
Please inform us before your appointment if you have a condition such as diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, or another, so we can take the necessary precautions and adapt the service safely and personally.
How do you disinfect your tools?
We follow a strict hygiene and disinfection protocol:
- Initial cleaning to remove residue and rust
- Disinfection with Barbicide and medical-grade disinfectants
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Final sterilization in an autoclave
Only after this process are the tools used on clients.
Do you use sharp instruments?
- For soles, we do not use sharp instruments.
- For nails, we use cuticle nippers only if the client wants it.
👉 Cuticle cutting is not mandatory.
It is recommended for a cleaner finish, but we fully respect your preference.
CLIENT TYPES
Do you serve older adults and men?
Yes. We serve both older adults and men.
Do you serve children?
We serve children ages 12 and up, always with consent and the presence of a parent or guardian during the service.
